A former Big 4 Partner with EY and Deloitte, Sandy spent more than 20 years leading strategic growth initiatives, advising multinational corporations, and steering talent transformation across complex enterprise environments. Throughout his 20+ years in management consulting, Sandy consistently led firm-wide talent strategy and leadership development agendas. Since 2021, he has dedicated his expertise to scaling TalSol into a premier global learning and capability advisory firm designing high-impact capability programs for major professional services networks, enterprise technology leaders, and Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
A Chartered Accountant ranked in the top 20 nationally with a distinguished academic record from top-tier institutions, Sandy brings a rigorous, data-driven approach to organisational performance. Having worked across three continents and operated in over 40 countries, he leads TalSol with a broad global perspective. Outside of executive leadership, Sandy is an accomplished wildlife photographer whose published work has been featured by National Geographic.

Sam is the Co-Founder and CEO (Australia) of TalSol, leading the firm’s growth, enterprise partnerships, and client strategy across Australia and New Zealand. A Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia) with over two decades of human capital leadership experience, Sam bridges the gap between commercial discipline, talent acquisition, and organizational capability.

A recognized authority in international workforce strategy, Sam has partnered with over 50 Fortune 500 companies, advising executive leadership teams from inception through full-scale operation to establish and scale their Global Capability Centres (GCCs) from ground zero. His end-to-end human capital advisory spans the complete GCC lifecycle from organizational design and talent management strategies to architecting elite Technology and Finance & Accounting (F&A) hubs.

As Co-Founder of Next Step Services and Co-Founder of TalSol, Sam leverages his CPA Australia background to ensure enterprise workforce strategies deliver measurable, long-term business performance. Outside of his executive work, Sam is an accomplished artist who is passionate about sketching and portraiture – a creative practice centred on capturing human expressions and detail that naturally mirrors his focus on understanding people and leadership.

David is a seasoned business technologist specializing in technology-driven transformation and the strategic application of Generative AI to modern human capital frameworks. A former EY UK Partner and EY’s Global Leader for Data Sciences, David leads Talsol’s technological direction and guides the ongoing product development of Otaru AI, Talsol’s proprietary LearnTech platform.

With extensive advisory experience across data science, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies, David leverages a vast global network of technology leaders spanning Europe, North America, Australia, and the Asia-Pacific region. He works closely with enterprise leadership teams to chart out GenAI adoption strategies and reshape organizational talent agendas for the future of work.

Based in London, UK, David is also deeply committed to social impact, dedicating his time to educational initiatives supporting children with disabilities and collaborating with select academic institutions.

KV is the Co-Founder and CEO of Otaru AI, Talsol’s proprietary LearnTech venture. With an elite background spanning tech giants, global strategy consulting, and multinational consumer brands, KV brings over two decades of technology leadership and digital transformation expertise to the human capital landscape.

KV holds an Engineering degree from IIT Madras and an MBA from IIM Lucknow. His executive career includes serving as Head of Strategy for Uber Eats Asia-Pacific, CEO for Uber Eats Taiwan, and senior leadership roles at Procter & Gamble. As a former Partner at Monitor Deloitte, he sponsored the firm’s digital transformation practice for automotive and consumer clients, paving the way for his partnership with Sandy to build and launch Otaru AI.

Operating from Singapore, KV directs the development of Otaru AI – a GenAI-enabled platform built to transform professional upskilling through immersive, AI-driven simulations. Outside of executive leadership, KV is a dedicated fitness enthusiast whose discipline and consistency mirror his approach to scaling modern tech ventures.
